Jirjeer Salad (سلطة جرجير)

What you need:

Fresh Jirjeer leaves (they look exactly like fresh spinish leaves)
Tomatoes cut into squares
Onions cut into long thin slices

Salad Dressing:
Lemon
Salt
Olive Oil
Sumak (سماغ)

Sorry I suck at writing down recipies! But my food kick's ass! :D

I searched far and wide trying to find Jerjeer for my husband and even my mom didn't know what it was called in english (or norwegian, since I'm in Norway)! She thought it might be called Watercress but they had never heard of it here! LoL!
Finally I found it; right in front of my nose where it had been the whole time!! It's Ruccola!!! Duh!
Well, there's goodbye to that headache! hehehe.. :P
